I diagnose what's upstream of the training request, then build the exact system to close it — designed backward from the problem, not forward from a content outline.
Each of these cases starts upstream of any solution — with an organizational problem that existing training hadn't fixed. These aren't project summaries; they're records of what I found when I looked, the intervention it pointed to, and what measurably changed when the correct solution was implemented. Most deliverables are proprietary, so these studies focus on approach and impact.
Engineering Education as an Internal Business Unit
A 700-person globally distributed engineering org had no formal development infrastructure. New hires were taking 60–90 days to make their first meaningful contribution.
Workday Learn Transformation for a 10,000-Person Workforce
A legacy LMS was creating administrative friction at scale — inconsistent tracking, poor learner experience, and no reliable compliance reporting across a 10,000+ employee enterprise.
AI-Enabled Ways of Working: From Individual Tools to Org-Wide Capability
Federal agencies were seeing employees adopt generative AI organically — often inconsistently, sometimes unsafely, and always without a strategy for turning individual tool use into genuine organizational capability.
Award-Winning Game-Based Simulation for High-Stakes Compliance
Traditional compliance training had produced consistently low engagement and poor knowledge transfer — learners were completing required training without actually changing behavior in practice.
AI co-facilitator for your meetings. You bring the agenda. Undrift keeps you on point.
Built solo after the same facilitation gap surfaced repeatedly across consulting engagements — decided to fix it rather than work around it. Applied AI fluency + design thinking + product execution, all in one.

These eLearning courses, simulations, and ILT packages across multiple authoring platforms are the built artifacts. Each one started with the same diagnostic question as the cases above; the difference is, you can open the work and judge it directly. Where available, design documentation is included — the decision record behind the build, not just the deliverable.

The Deliverables
Twenty-five years in learning and performance, built on a simple bias: find the actual gap first. At Twitch, that meant building engineering education from scratch for 700 globally distributed engineers and getting new-hire ramp to under 30 days. At Terminix, it was a Workday Learn transformation serving 10,000+ employees. More recently: federal agencies and PE-backed enterprises, AI-enabled capability transformation and org diagnostics.
Outside work: the hobbies are many, the cars are loud, and the novel is coming. Certified car audio installer and part-time JDM rebuilder. Fourteen instruments, including first-chair cello in the Georgia All-State Orchestra. Three plays produced in high school, one staged at a professional theater. Committed sci-fi and fantasy fan — which probably explains the novel.

Ripley is my service dog in training, full-time Chief Morale Officer, and copawlot on Late Night Space Flight — my Twitch show where I fly Elite: Dangerous to real astronomical objects at accurate galactic coordinates and talk astrophysics in real time. Her production credits are mostly naps. She works for treats.
She's also the third in a line: Noble, then Leo, now Ripley. For a lot of veterans, a service dog is real infrastructure — mobility support, and a steady anchor through PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Three dogs in, I've seen exactly how much that work matters.
So I back the organizations that train and place service dogs with veterans at no cost, and I'm putting more behind it — volunteering and fundraising, not just applause. If that's your world too, I'd like to hear from you.
So, you've scrolled all the way down here — either something caught your attention, or it's been a very slow afternoon. Whatever the reason, I'm glad you made it. If you've got a role you think could be a fit, something worth collaborating on, or just want to connect, reach out — I'd love to hear from you.
