Bridging the Gap Between
Human Capability and
Technical Innovation

I help organizations navigate VUCA environments by turning complex technical shifts into seamless workforce transitions. Leveraging 15 years of operational experience—from leading teams in the U.S. Army to engineering education at Twitch—I ensure that your technology investment actually results in a mission-ready workforce.

What I Do

The Three Pillars

Change Enablement

Strategy for moving people from legacy systems to future-state workflows — without losing the mission.

Operational Readiness

Ensuring teams are mission-ready before the $10M software goes live. Readiness isn't a checkbox — it's a standard.

Learning Architecture

Building high-level blueprints for institutional knowledge — so expertise doesn't walk out the door.

The Narrative

From the Battlefield
to the Boardroom

From leading cross-functional teams through volatile transitions during two overseas Army tours to architecting global engineering education at Twitch, my career has been defined by one question: How do we help people thrive when the ground is shifting?

Over 15 years, that question has taken me from NASA's zero-fail operational environments to Fortune 500 boardrooms to the frontlines of federal digital transformation at HHS and the VA — where I've helped 10,000+ workforce members stay mission-ready through complex legislative and technical shifts. At Twitch, I co-led AI-enabled learning analytics initiatives that reduced time to first meaningful engineering contribution to under 30 days and drove a 40% increase in learner satisfaction. At eLearning Brothers, I designed award-winning programs recognized by Brandon Hall for Excellence in Learning.

The through-line across every role has been the same: close the gap between what technology demands and what people can actually do. I call it Change Enablement — and it's equal parts strategy, empathy, and operational precision.

Currently an Organizational Leadership and Learning scholar at the University of Louisville (B.S., expected 2026), with an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Kentucky beginning January 2027. I combine field-tested experience with the science of human performance to ensure that technology investments actually result in mission-ready workforces.

The Human Element

Meet Ripley

Chief Morale Officer & Service Dog in Training. In change management, empathy is a core competency — Ripley keeps the focus firmly on the human element.

When not facilitating transitions, you'll find me at the telescope — a Twitch partner who has learned to explain the cosmos to a global audience. Complex systems, made human.
